What’s Happening at Molloy?

Hey everyone! We are always happy to share with you tips and things to telp you with having a beautiful landscape and garden, along with how to keep your trees healthy. We hope that you have found our blogs to be helpful and enlightening and that you’ll continue to follow our blog.

But today we are going to do something different. Today we are going to tell you what we do to help us serve you better as a landscaping company.

We are always making sure that our employees are updated on the best practices and our employees are always going through professional development during the year. What does this mean? Well, it means that when an employee joins our team, we don’t just train them and leave it at that. Each of our employees gets a refresher course once the winter months are over. We also find that it builds teamwork at the same time.

Along with professional development and refresher courses, John Molloy has had his accreditation for many years, and Kristin on the team just completed her NOFA Accreditation program for Organic Landscape Management. So when you choose our business, not only do you get a company that cares about their employees and refreshes their training once the winter season is over, but you have people who are accredited by the NOFA Accreditation program for Organic Landscape Management.

Are you interested in knowing more about what we can do for you and your landscape? Why not contact us here and we’ll be happy to give you a quote. You can find out more about the NOFA Accreditation program for Organic Landscape Management here.
